Data Processing Information
This document is a working draft template intended to be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch. It does not constitute legal advice.
1. Data-processing agreement (DPA)
Where you use the TradeDocs platform to process personal data of third parties (e.g. counterparty contact details), AIT Technologies GmbH acts as a data processor and you as a controller under Article 28 GDPR. A DPA is available on request from desk@tradedocs.online.
2. Categories of processing
Storage, structured querying, AI-assisted transformation of business documents you or your team upload or generate. No profiling for automated decision-making with legal effect on data subjects.
3. Sub-processors
Hosting, database, LLM providers used for AI drafting (with data-transfer agreements in place), and email delivery. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
4. Security measures
TLS transport encryption, controlled access, organisation-based data separation, protected authentication, backup and retention policies, incident response process.
5. Data subject requests
Please forward data subject requests to desk@tradedocs.online. We will assist you as processor within reasonable timeframes.
