NDA Information
This document is a working draft template intended to be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch. It does not constitute legal advice.
1. Standard NDA available
AIT Technologies GmbH (registered in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany) offers a standard bilateral non-disclosure agreement on request. It covers the confidentiality of information shared before and during your evaluation, onboarding and use of the platform.
2. Custom NDA
If your organisation prefers to use its own NDA template, we are open to review and, where reasonable, sign the client's version. Send a draft to desk@tradedocs.online.
3. What confidentiality covers
Business plans, transaction details, counterparty identities, financial terms, uploaded documents and any information marked or reasonably regarded as confidential.
4. Duration
Standard duration is 3 years from the date of the last disclosure. Longer or shorter durations can be negotiated for specific engagements.
